Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated 28 October 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and Tickwise AI ("Tickwise", "we", "us") for using the Tickwise AI website, signals and automated trading service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What Tickwise is
Tickwise publishes trading signals generated by its own rule-based strategies (currently Gold and Bitcoin), shows the historical and live results of those strategies, and, on plans that include it, can place the same trades automatically on a MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 account that you link.
Tickwise is a software tool, not a broker, investment adviser or fund manager. We don't hold your money, we don't give personal investment advice, and nothing on the Service is a recommendation that a trade is suitable for you. You decide whether to follow signals or switch on automated trading, and which settings to use.
2. Who can use the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
- You are responsible for making sure that trading leveraged products and using signal or copy-trading services is legal where you live.
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- One person per account. Don't share, resell or give others access to your account, signals or results.
3. Plans, free trial and payment
- The Performance tab is free. Paid plans (Essential, Pro and Pro Plus) add live signals and automated trading, as described on the Pricing page.
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial of live signals. No card is needed and the trial ends by itself.
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay and may include taxes where required.
- You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments are not refunded, as explained in the Refund Policy.
- We may change prices or plan features. Price changes apply from your next renewal and we will tell you in advance.
- Each plan has limits, for example how many MT4/MT5 accounts you can link and how many strategies you can copy at once. If a plan ends or is downgraded, copying that is no longer included is switched off. Trades already open are not closed.
4. Automated trading on your account
- When you link an MT4/MT5 account, your trading password is sent to our broker-connection provider (MetaApi) so it can connect to your broker. Tickwise does not store your trading password in its own database. Use your trading (master) password only for this purpose, and never give us your broker cabinet, email or banking passwords.
- When copying is switched on, Tickwise opens, modifies and closes trades on your account without asking you first, using the lot size, stop loss, take profit and daily loss settings you chose. Trades opened by Tickwise are tagged; trades you open yourself are not touched.
- Results on your account can differ from the signals and from the Performance tab because of your broker's prices, spreads, commissions, swaps, slippage, minimum lot sizes, execution speed, connection problems and the settings you choose. A trade can be skipped, for example when the required size is below your broker's minimum lot.
- You are responsible for your account: having enough margin, choosing suitable settings, checking your positions, and switching copying off or closing trades if you want to. You can switch copying off at any time on the Auto trading page.
- We may pause automated trading for everyone or for some accounts at any time, for example during technical problems, unusual markets or maintenance.
5. Signals and performance information
Signals, statistics and charts are general information about how the Tickwise strategies trade. Backtest results are hypothetical: they come from applying the strategy rules to past price data and were not actually traded. Live results are recorded from the strategy's own trades on TradingView, not from any customer account. Past results, backtested or live, do not guarantee future results. Please read the Risk Disclosure.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, republish or redistribute signals or other content from the Service, including in paid groups or channels;
- try to get around plan limits, payments, link limits or security, or access other users' data;
- interfere with the Service, overload it, scrape it, or reverse-engineer it;
- use the Service for anything unlawful, including market manipulation or money laundering;
- create several accounts to get more free trials.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on others, including TradingView (strategy and alerts), MetaApi (connection to MT4/MT5), your broker, our hosting provider and our payment provider. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability, errors or decisions, including a broker refusing or changing an order.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running, but we don't promise it will always be available, fast or error-free. Signals and trades can be delayed or missed. We may change, add or remove features, strategies or assets at any time.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, the strategies, signals, software, design and content belong to Tickwise AI or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your account is active and in line with these Terms. TradingView and MetaTrader are trademarks of their owners.
10. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about profits, results, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
Trading is your own decision and at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Tickwise AI is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses, including losses caused by signals, automated trades, missed or delayed trades, settings you chose, broker or third-party problems, or interruptions of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover Tickwise AI for claims, losses and costs caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, including trading on accounts you are not allowed to use.
13. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. Before deleting, switch off copying and unlink your MT4/MT5 accounts. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we must for legal reasons, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example liability limits) continue after your account ends.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will show the new date at the top of this page and tell you about important changes by email or on the Service. Using the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Tickwise AI is registered. Disputes will be handled by the courts of the country where Tickwise AI is registered, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to use its courts.
