Refund Policy

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial of live signals, and the Performance tab is always free. No card is needed for the trial, so you can see how Tickwise works before you pay anything.

Subscriptions (Essential, Pro and Pro Plus) are paid monthly in advance and give immediate access to digital content and services. Payments are not refundable, including for partly used months, unused features, or trading losses.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. It stops renewing, and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. Cancelling does not close trades already open on your account: switch copying off and manage those trades yourself.

• If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after you cancelled, we will refund the extra payment.
• If the service is unavailable for a long period because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will review it.
• Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
